PURCHASE LEAVE
At RSM you don't have to sacrifice your career for the sake of a holiday. We offer employees the opportunity to purchase two or four weeks paid leave per year in addition to their existing annual leave entitlements, giving employees a total of six or eight weeks leave.
CAREER ASPIRATIONS DISCUSSIONS
Each year employees meet with their Partner/Manager for ‘Check ins’ and career aspiration discussions. These discussions focus on your career path at RSM, development opportunities and how we can help you achieve your career goals.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employees the opportunity to talk confidentially to trained counsellors about the issues they are experiencing. This is a free counselling service offered to all employees and members of their immediate families.
RECRUITMENT REFERRAL BONUS
A bonus scheme operates for employees who assist us by introducing new professional staff to the firm, whom they believe, like you, will be "good value" as prospective employees.

Application Process
You will need to complete an online application form, where you’ll have the opportunity to share more about yourself, your skills and your experience. Additionally, you’ll nominate your first and second division preference.
Online Assessment & Video Interview
If your background and skills align with our available roles at RSM, we’ll invite you to complete some online assessments, followed by a brief one-way video interview. It’s your opportunity to tell us more about yourself and share what excites you about joining RSM (and remember, be your authentic self!).
Assessment Centres / Interviews
In the final stage of our recruitment process, you'll get to showcase your skills through a variety of interactive activities. Plus, we’ll make sure there's plenty of time for you to ask any questions you have about the role or life at RSM.
